Barbara Brennen, is director and founder of BAD ASS BROWNIES. She is formerly a trained chef of The Ritz Hotel, The Savoy Hotel & Mosimann's restaurant and has taken lessons learnt from these great establishments and, armed with her family recipes, created
Bad Ass Cakes. Her inspiration is many
hours spent happily baking with her mother
using recipes handed down through
generations of her family. Some of the
recipes have evolved to create some very special flavours she is very proud of including her pizza style brownies and not to mention her award winning Jamaican Rum Cake.
She always likes to impress with creative, custom-made cakes that make your celebration or event perfect.
